Selina Bungsraz graduated with a First in Law from King’s College London in 2012 and went on to receive a BPTC Exhibition Award and Duke of Edinburgh Entrance Scholarship from Inner Temple. Thereafter she completed the BPTC at City Law School in London, in 2013.
Selina regularly acts in Children Act proceedings, having represented all parties in both private family and care cases. She has experience of hearings leading up to and including multi-day Final Hearings, and as well as fact-findings. In addition, she accepts instructions in non-molestation/occupation order proceedings, where she has represented clients in Final Hearings.
Selina particularly enjoys working with vulnerable and sensitive clients. Her Pro-Bono work and experience at the Criminal Bar have equipped her with the skills required to deal with clients facing highly distressing situations. She takes a sensitive, tailored approach to every case.
Selina appears regularly in county courts across the South-Eastern Circuit, notably in Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. She is happy to travel further if required.
