John Brooke-Smith LL.B. (Exon)

Called in 1981, I originally practised in 4, King's Bench Walk, London until our first child arrived. I became a  member of East Anglian Chambers in 1988 and  have a general common law civil and family practice, specialising in personal injury and all aspects of family work. I am a keen yachtsman and have developed a practice in all aspects of yacht litigation/arbitration. I am a Recorder on the South Eastern Circuit and sit in Civil, Family and Crime.
