Acting for both Claimant & Defendant, Substantial paperwork practice including both Instructions for written advice, and advice in conference, drafting of pleadings, and of course court appearances.

Appears at both County Court and High Court level on a wide range of Commercial disputes including building disputes, inheritance,  international carriage of goods, licensing (public entertainment, Hackney carriage etc.), and trusts with a high turnaround of both advisory and drafting work. Clients include Ipswich Borough Council, Tendering District Council and P&O Transport.

Regular instructions received from Employer and Employee matters, throughout East Anglia and Inner London. Previously provided voluntary advice at Hackney Law Centre.

Land: tenure and interests

Briefed to attend on possession matters from Ipswich Borough Council, Colchester Borough Council, North Norfolk District Council and the Guinness Trust. In addition considerable amount of defence work, including advice on Legal Funding.  Specific areas of experience include boundary disputes, business tenancies, nuisance.
