Nick's family practice includes both public and private family work covering care cases, children act applications and injunctions as well as ancillary relief.

In crime Nick has experience in both Crown Court and Magistrate Court trials.

Nick is instructed by public and private sector housing associations. He has particular experience in possession hearings where he has represented the local authority and defendants.
