April Plant

April Plant previously worked in Legacy Administration for charities and for a time  was Head of Legacies at the British Heart Foundation.  In this field she was involved in all aspects of  Probate & Trusts.  She was a founding Trustee and Director of ILM which is now the  nationally recognised body for Legacy Officers.

She continues to provide training in conjunction with the ILM and solicitors and is also an assessor on the College of Law/ILM qualification.

In addition she is a co-author of the Law Society publication "Charities as Beneficiaries".
