New Tenants

Training and Seminars

Chambers is now not only accredited by the Bar Council but has also received accreditation as an external provider of CPD courses for both the Law Society and ILEX. As well as running its own programme of courses Chambers is willing to offer bespoke courses on a variety of subjects on demand and if you would like to know more about this service in the first instance you should contact Graham Sinclair.

The fourth edition of  Neighbours & the Law by John Pugh-Smith (Chambers door tenant), Graham Sinclair and their co-author William Upton was published in December 2006 by Sweet & Maxwell (ISBN 0 421 92690 2) : £85. The latest on-line supplement to the 4th edition is now available on this website, complete with links to such of the original source material as is freely available elsewhere.  There is also a PDF version of the supplement (which may be downloaded, and printed if desired) complete with full tables of cases, statutes, etc.  If you would like a copy of the latter but have problems in downloading it from the web then please contact us.  If you supply an e-mail address and contact name we will arrange to send you a copy as soon as possible.
