Long live contingency fees in Employment Tribunals!

The Damages Based Agreements Regulations 2010 have been published in their final form. Much to relief of claimant solicitors, contingency fee agreements in Employment Tribunal claims have not only survived, but the cap which was provisionally recommended at 25% has been increased to 35% (inclusive of VAT).
