Rex Bryan's principal areas of practice are crime, fraud and animal law. Other areas include Malicious Prosecution and Health & Safety. He has held leading junior briefs in murder, attempted murder, rape, diversion fraud and serious drugs conspiracy cases. In addition he has done many noise-induced deafness cases for insurance clients and cases involving fraud on travellers cheque issuers, as well as prosecuting many cases for the RSPCA.
In its most recent edition Legal 500 says that Rex Bryan has carved out a notable RSPCA prosecution practice, and in previous editions that he "is best known for his animal welfare expertise but is also an effective defender in serious crime".
