Elizabeth joined Chambers following the successful completion of her pupillage, during which she gained experience in all of Chambers' main areas of practice. Elizabeth has gone on to develop a thriving practice in Courts of all levels across East Anglia and the South East. Elizabeth accepts instructions in both criminal and civil matters.
Elizabeth has a flourishing civil practice in both advisory and court work. She has accepted instructions in landlord & tenant and housing matters, injunctions, road traffic cases including credit hire matters, personal injury claims, negligence and contractual disputes. In addition to appearing in Court Elizabeth is happy to accept urgent instructions for advice and general drafting.
Elizabeth has gained considerable experience in criminal courts since joing Chambers and frequently appears in both Magistrates and Crown Courts. In addition to her criminal defence work, Elizabeth regularly accepts instructions to represent the Crown Prosecution Service, the Probation Service, Youth Offending Service, Local Authorities and the Department of Work & Pensions.
