East Anglian Chambers has a considerable history of strength in personal injury work and the present team, led jointly by John Brooke-Smith and Stephen Goodfellow, has a wide experience of dealing with personal injuries in all fields – at work, in the home and in public places – as well as scientifically and technically demanding claims involving allegations of clinical negligence.

With the withdrawal of Legal Aid for work of this kind team members are ready in appropriate cases to consider and advise on CFAs and other funding options.
