Court of Protection
The Court of Protection deals with the affairs of vulnerable people and makes decisions about arrangements for their finances and personal welfare if they lack the capacity to make decisions for themselves.
At East Anglian Chambers our family law team specialise in Court of Protection cases and recognise that this court deals with sensitive, personal and emotional cases, as well as dealing with all financial matters. We use our extensive experience to advise, guide and represent you on all family law and family court issues, working as necessary with our colleagues in the East Anglian Chambers Civil team. Our barristers are happy to travel to family courts throughout the region and further afield, as well as to advise at one of our centres in Ipswich, Norwich and Chelmsford and at solicitors offices.
Please call us now on 01473 214481 and speak to a member of our Clerking Team for further advice and assistance on the Court of Protection or any other family law matter.
