Victoria specialises in local government and regulatory matters and regularly acts for local authorities and individuals in the following areas:

She has also been instructed to represent Trading Standards, HMRC, The Border Agency, The Environment Agency and the police in criminal and civil proceedings and applications. Victoria has also advised on police disclosure in family proceedings.

Victoria has substantial advocacy experience for her call and has experience of appearing in a range of courts and tribunals from the magistrates court to the High Court. Her experience and expertise draws on her time with the Crown Prosecution Service pre and post call and in-house legal work within local government. She has also acted as statutory Deputy Monitoring Officer.
