Summer Garden Party & Craft Beer Tasting

24 June 2016

Location: East Anglian Chambers, 4 The Close, Norwich, NR1 4DH

EA Law – East Anglian Chambers will be hosting a garden party on the lawn in front of our Norwich Chambers on what we hope will be a warm summer’s evening on Friday 24 June 2016.

It is hoped that this will be an interesting and vibrant event with beer tasting being provided by a small brewery on the Norfolk/Suffolk border called Station 1-1-9. The barristers and staff at EA Law – East Anglian Chambers invite you to join them to taste a collection of beers produced by Station 1-1-9 including the likes of ‘Miss Behavin’, ‘Heartbreaker’ or their IPA ‘No Guts – No Glory.’

The brewery is based near to an old American WWII airbase at Horham where the 95th Bomb Group flew raids in the B-17 Flying Fortresses to Germany. The brewers have taken much of its inspiration from the era in its American inspired craft beers and imagery.

This event follows on from a very successful evening held last year at the Arcade Tavern with Redwell Brewery in which we met the room capacity for a similar event. This will be the perfect way to enjoy a summer’s evening in the charming grounds of Norwich Cathedral with some light entertainment from a local jazz band and finger food available. For those that are unable to drink, there will non-alcholic alternatives available and wine available for non-beer drinkers.

Following on from previous experience of these popular events and to help us accurately cater for the numbers expected to attend, please RSVP to Dan Twite by calling 01603 617351 or email him here.
